Payment and Security
Any payment made on this website is handled by PayPal, which is completely private and secure. You do not need to create an account or register on this site with any personal details to be able to place an order. You may pay using a credit card or a debit card or by using your existing PayPal account. Your details will be used by us only to process your order. Shopping on this site is easy and secure.
Dispatch will normally take place within 2 - 4 days of receiving the order.
Should there be any problem regarding the availability of stock or any problem relating to delivery, the customer will be informed by email or by phone.
Method of Delivery
For plaques deliveries within the UK, Royal Mail Recorded First Class "signed for" will be used.
Furniture will be delivered to your front door via our frieght company - please include a phone number so they can contact you on for delivery time.
All deliveries will be fully insured by us, regardless of the value of the delivery.
Please remember to include the postcode and phone number.
Returns Policy
If the customer is not totally satisfied with their goods they may be returned for a full refund, less the original delivery charge.
Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the goods and after prior consultation with us either by telephone or by email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to insure the goods being returned in case of damage or loss in transit.
